Here at My Homestead Marketplace, we want to make sure that your shopping experience is a positive one! That is why we offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased through our store. Please note: samples, shipping charges, and promotional items are NOT eligible for return. If there has been a mistake on our part, or if the product was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. All products that are returned must be sent back in their original packaging and not tampered with. In the unlikely event that our products should cause an adverse skin reaction, or you are just not satisfied with the product, we will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date – under the following conditions: •If the product you received is unopened, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request for a refund of the value of the product minus the prepaid shipping label. •If the product you received has been opened and/or has been used, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request for a refund of the value of the product minus the prepaid shipping label and an 8% handling fee. •In order to return a package to us, you must have a Return Authorization Code which will be sent to you via email following the submission of the return form. All returns and exchanges MUST fill out and submit the return form below before your request can be processed. Any package returned without an approved RMA code will NOT be accepted and will be sent back at your expense. •In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product you are sending back MUST include the original packaging, the packing slip with your order number, and any promotional material that was sent with the product purchased. •Refunds will not be processed until we receive the returned product following the policy above. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 days of our receiving your returned product.
